Tim Vernier writes detective novels and children’s books from his home in the Driftless Region of Wisconsin.  Oodle The Doodle, and The Dick Stranger Crime Novel Series can be found on Tim’s website www.tevernier.com. 

Tim’s background includes teaching college English, working in the car business, and training customer service. 

Today he writes, works on classic muscle cars, and sells old auto parts and other collectible items online. 

Tim and his spouse Denise live in Tomah, Wisconsin with their two dogs, a Cairn Terrier named Makeup, and a Standard Poodle named Maybelline (Lena).  Tim and Denise enjoy travel, biking, cooking, and gardening.
